Before you begin
Decide how many credits you wish to purchase. To create a technical file you will need a minimum of 2 credits. Please also ensure you have a valid payment method ready, iDeal, credit card, PayPal and bank transfer are all accepted.

Steps
- Log in to your ProductIP account.
- Navigate to the Credits section on the top right.
- Click Buy credits.
- Fill in all necessary information and click on Order to proceed.
- Click Pay online now, choose your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to finish the payment.
- The credits will be instantly available in your account, and a PDF invoice will be emailed to you. In the case of bank transfer please allow a few business days processing time.

Check your email spam folder. The invoice is typically generated immediately.
